Fee Schedule + Lending Policy

We are changing our fee schedule for Canadian libraries to eliminate significant overhead for small charges. To support these changes, we encourage libraries to use local/regional resources, before requesting from us. Canadian reciprocal free lending/document delivery would be appreciated.

Payments options are EFTS, IFM, or IFLA vouchers.

When using EFTS or IFM for payment, the above fees are in US dollars.
