Current U of A students, faculty and staff

Includes St. Stephen's students, St Joseph's students, University of Calgary BSW students and Continuing and Professional Education students enrolled in a diploma program.

Library Materials Loan Periods Renewals
University of Alberta Library Materials (books, periodicals, kits, maps, puppets and more)
  • Term Loan:
    • Fall Term: due January 31
    • Winter Term: due May 31
    • Spring + Summer Terms: due September 29
  • After 1 week, items may be recalled if requested by another borrower
 Automatic renewals, up to 24 months
Course Materials
  • Short Term Loans:
    • Most items: 2 hours
    • Robotics: 1 week
 No renewals, no holds
Multimedia Technology (video cameras, cameras, micophones and more) 72 hours
  • No renewals, no holds
  • First come, first serve
  • One piece of each type of equipment at a time
  • 30 minute waiting period before borrowing it again
Interlibrary Loan Materials 4 weeks Possibility of renewal - will vary. Inquire at ill@ualberta.ca

Alumni
